Did Luigi's Mansion: Dark Moon cause anyone else to get stuck pixels...

Or am I the only the one who got 3 stuck pixels just by playing the game?

I know, but before I played the game, I had none. I got 1 stuck pixel that day, I played it again today. I got 2 more stuck pixels, either my 3DS XL is a defect or I just have bad luck with the game.

Your XL is defective. It shouldn't be spontaneously losing pixels. In all my years of portable gaming I've never lost a pixel on anything...

Funny you mention that, I remember never having a dead pixel on my original 3DS. All of sudden, out of the blue I saw one in the middle of my game last year.

Mind you, it's not very noticeable half the time, but what can you do.

Two possibilities TC, and nothing else: Either your 3DS is defective since it's suddenly losing pixels, or they were there the whole time and you just didn't notice.

They aren't exactly obvious most of the time, but I found the BEST way to scan for them is on a completely black background with the brightness ALL the way up.

That's not true. Anything can get a pixel to get stuck. Stuck pixels aren't the same as a Dead pixel though, because stuck pixels go away after a while. Dead Pixels don't.

A stuck pixel would still be a hardware issue, not a software one.
