Has anyone got this to work on Windows 8?

I can see the network on 3DS but have no connectivity. Strangely enough I'm showing no packets received on the wifi adapter I made, only packets sent...

I got one streetpass last night when it worked for a split second... :/

I have. Which method are you using? The one with Ethernet cable or the Wi-fi one?
I am insane. Somethings I say may not make sense. Please take heed. www.brokencontrollers.com Fair and Balanced. 3DS FC:5327-0905-8783

I'm using the one where I use a cable and also a wifi card in the same machine. I got it to work in Windows 7 without issue, but something wonky is going on in 8. No packets get received on the attwifi adapter.. only sent. I suspect it's an ip addressing issue on the adapter I made.
