Why couldn't they have made the 2DS foldable?? seriously this is a joke.

The new handheld version LOOKS HORRID, MY GAWD.

The backlash must be amazing for them to disable both likes and comments... Nintendo needs to get their head out of their ***.

Perhaps you should get your head out of your *** and actually learn about what the system is about and why it's the way it is before you complain about it.

It's because the "2 screens" is actually 1 giant screen separated by plastic. It's much cheaper than 2, but you can't fold it obviously >_>

Nintendo 2ds is more for little kids.
And it is easy for a little kid to brake the hinges.
So therefor they made the 2ds not have hinges.

Also: Nintendo has been putting out handhelds since the first Game & Watch in 1980, and aside from a few G&Ws that had hinges they didn't put out a foldable handheld until the Advance SP in 2003. I doubt that this is really going to be that difficult for people to deal with.

have you seen the size? its small enough to fit in pouch or pocket anyways. no fold because one screen. no fold because hinges are known to break easily for kidz.

well i like how nintendo gives the consumer a cheaper option for those who could care less about the 3D. however as someone with both versions of 3DS however, i see this model to be pointless.
