They probably wont, nintendo doesnt care about people with a stuck pixel, they would only fix it if you have 5 or more i think. Its sucks but thats the way it is. You might be able to exchange it at the store you bought it at though --- Regards, Dolan R.I.P fungivore 2012-2012

Nintendo will indeed repair a stuck pixel or dead pixel for a 3DS or XL that is under warranty.
While not officially recognized as a defect, if you email them or call them, they will indeed send you a UPS shipping label.
I developed a blue stuck pixel on my top screen and went through the support steps to have it repaired, but decided against it because I wasn't willing to be without my 3DS for 2-3 weeks.
Please understand that the best way to get the correct answer to your hardware issues is to contact Nintendo Customer Support, and not these boards.
