What is Nintendo going to do with the people that hex edited their Pokemon X/Y?

There's no transferring yet either and I imagine Pokemon Bank won't allow any illegally modified Pokemon to be transferred.

However you will still see Pokemon with perfect IVs and with near perfect tailored to have specific high power hidden power moves.

Its not fair having to fight against hacked pokemons

If you make your Pokemon properly, there's no disadvantage from not having hacked your Pokemon- you just spent a ton of time doing it that you otherwise might not have had to.

The time you would have to spend to get just one Pokemon with perfect IVs is ridiculous.

It's like telling someone that if they go to the casino enough, the house advantage doesn't matter. Of course it does.

There is still the possibility of hacked natures as well you know. i have fought sap sipper swampert, speed boost mewtwo, wonder guard spiritomb, and pokemon with moves they cannot normally know. Granted I love a challenge and rarely lose to hacked pokemon, it still is an unfair advantage.

Well, of course there's an advantage there.

I was referring to legitimate hacks, where the user is just looking to save some time.

Yeah, not going to happen. Hacked Pokemon that look legit (which isn't that difficult to do) will slide right through.

Technically that isn't true, you could modify pokemon as long as the stats are in bound of possible IVs, experience gain, and attacks are set to valid versions. Any checks put in place would have to consider those legal. Also unless B&W somehow made a unique identifier number to peg for event pokemon, you could still clone it to utilize unlimited genosects for trade. Even then if you changed the unique identifier, it should work. And besided one could have camped at GameStop with two DSes and two copies of the game to get those sort of things legitimately.
