"Bravely Default is the Final Fantasy of our generation."

How would you feel if someone made that statement?
I was having a conversation with my friend, and based on the hype as well as the construct of the game, he believes that this might be the next generation wave of RPG as was Final Fantasy was all those years ago.

Don't mean to add another "oh my god it's the default braves" topic onto this already seemingly massive overflow, but I wanted to get your opinions. Besides, if I placed this into the BD fourms, I'd get some bias.

So, what do you think? Is BD the FF of our time? Or is it just another RPG?

Well, Final Fantasy was my generation, so I'm inclined to say your understanding of what that phrase means is flawed.
