Rain effects

Is it just me, or the rain is bugged in this game? I have seen videos of the 360 version and I see rain there. But on the PC, I hear the rain falling, I see water splashing off my tires, but the rain isn't there. WTF?

And also on another note, I'm having a few stutters sometimes during races, like it's streaming the scenery as I race, and sometimes it gets annoying. Otherwise the game runs perfectly fine. Here are my specs:

C2D E7400 @ 2.8 GHZ
4 GB RAM DDR2
9800GT 1GB

Yes, PC version doesn't has rain and police flash light glow effect, but the graphic shader, shadow and color are better than console...

So it really is missing the rain effects? Thats a bit outrageous, and better be added back in.

stutter while streaming is sorta normal as of now, although the game cud use a little more ram and have the map loaded, already uses less ram as such

Yeah, developers always seem to forget we have more than a gig of ram, even the new Dead Rising barely uses 600 MB of ram.

Sorta normal? No other racing game I've ever played stutters like this.

And also, yeah, the rain effect thing is just bizarre and makes no sense. Why would they remove this from the PC?

Well, maybe the developer has their reason, i think it is a technical issue or something like that... or they ported this is too hurry so they didn't have time to optimize some effect... I hope they will patch this game soon to add more effect and suport AA...!

Another thing. I've seen posts in forums saying that the police lightbar glow doesn't work only on ATI cards. The thing is that I'm using NVidia and I see no glow either.

This is not an ATI cards fault cuz the graphics card doesn't make glow or not glow effect, Glow on or off that is ingame default effect and we can not fix it, only the developer can...
