TrencheePosted 11/24/2012 7:50:59 PM | Gamecube was great but if we're looking at numbers... N64 and SNES are untouchable. Nintendo ruled gaming with an iron fist with those consoles. Gamecube was good but not good enough and opened the doors for Sony and eventually Microsoft. Nintendo is still the best(barely) if you ask me but pre-gamecube. Nintendo had a monopoly going basically.

The N64 came pretty close in terms of original/legendary content, but I don't think Nintendo have topped these titles in terms of concept, originality and sheer enjoyment.
