You are giving MK75 some stiff competition. I especially like the great synergy between Bumblebee, MDA and OD+7.
Not to mention the intimidatingly high value. That alone will earn you many victories from fearquits.

I'll just translate and be Captain Obvious: MartinAW4 meant the weapon is bad, and the mods and powers don't make sense together.

Solo: could have worked if it wasn't a club. Maybe use it as fusion fodder to change the weapon type.
Multi: no. Other than the fact the value is too high, the overal defense doesn't make you almighty. You may want to learn that the hard way.

You are being too harsh on him. It might not be a MK75/10 weapon yet, but it is a Skyscraper Club with OD+7 after all. That`s a solid 7/10 in my book.
You just need to remove some melee and ranged stars, since with 3,5 ranged stars you might actually OHKO someone from up close and we all know how horrible that is. 1R and 1,5M should be just right. You should also avoid using Energy Charge, use Super Armor instead.
Defense is superior to offense in every way, so in order to become truly invincible, you should replace that useless offensive MDA with Health+6 and the IPAB with In peril autododge+1. This will greatly reduce the damage you take from your own shots reflected by Reflect Barrier and make you an impenetrable tank to everything but Claws since they are broken because the movement of MD tanks in Advance Wars is 5 spaces and the offensive power of Pikachu doubles when holding a Light ball.
