For co-op I always try to take the direct route. Yes, the Skagdeads make me a bit nervous (currently they have the most kills on me at 5 total) but with a charge shot Pale Rider most of the Oozes there die in one hit. Is it dangerous? H*** yes. Is it fun? Absolutely, I wouldn't trade it for anything. I typically do this, which I have found seems to be a readily accepted route for my random co-op partners.
Start Kitchen (duh, everyone has to go through there IIRC) Bilge Casino Great Hall Observation Deck Promenade Deck Deck
I've had a few (moronic) partners who have decided that a longer route was better (ie through the laboratory) but they tended to run out of ammo. I never leave home without my Machine Gun and Shotgun having a Cornucopia (3 or 2 respectively). --- There is no greater challenge than beating the limits you set on yourself. The promenade isn't that difficult. I managed to complete the entire stage with a level 32 partner with this route. The small Skagdead is a nuisance. I find getting the first key in the kitchen to be really annoying given the close proximity of enemy spawns. I find the laboratory to be annoying, the path seems long, and tedious. --- Human Being = Human Bean = Jelly Bean. It's a conspiracy, we are all going to get eaten

I've done it with a level 37 and 39 (two different people) partners. BOW Decoys and Pulse Grenades are your friends. --- There is no greater challenge than beating the limits you set on yourself. FC Pokemon White 2: 3053-5478-7587 FC 3DS: 0430-8380-6308
Here's my *Easy Noob Strategy* for Ghost ship if you just want to "S" the level and Unlock Morgan Lansdale
Start (You needn't technically use your weapon at all until...) Kitchen (Need Key here) I think there are 6 enemies here which spawn in the three corners but NOT behind the counter. (You will not get hit here by a spawning enemy, and it takes them a while to get to you. except the one by the door leading to where Fake Chris was) Bilge 4 enemies on this path. only ONE of them NEEDS to be killed. (The one in front of the hole you drop down) Casino (Need Key here) 6 or 7 Magnum shots are all you need to waste. Great Hall (There are no enemies here) Observation Deck (Need Key here) Machine gun ammo is plentiful here. Just stay in the elevator and kill the Hunters with machine gun fire till they stop coming, then go out. Kill the two stray Hunters to trigger the others and Draghignazzo. Go into the elevator again and kill the Hunters till they stop again and a few magnum or charged shots to "Draggy's" weak points from INSIDE the elevator where he canot hit you will win this key easily) Cafeteria There are five shooter Oozes in the banquet room that can be ran past easily and avoided. Cabins There are 3 Mid sized Draghignazzo here that can be ran past to the side right exit and avoided (no enemies after that that I recall. Possibly a few more Oozes) Bridge (Need Key here) Granades and magnum fire will win the day here. (This is probably the hardest part of this route, but you should have plenty of health/ammo if you avoided all those enemies. :) ) Cabins A couple Hunters here (One is a small annoying one) Deck (Need Key in safe here) No enemies here Landing pad. The REAL exit. Have fun here, hey? *smirk*
This is part bragging part lucky but I beat it with a level 13 earlier this week. I'm pretty sure that as long as they're not too bad at common sense it can be done. --- There is no greater challenge than beating the limits you set on yourself. PSN: DragonslayerXYZ FC 3DS: 0430-8380-6308
