As most of you guys have found out, you can get rare recipe materials by letting your dream eaters die. So people started farming them. I started farming Kab Cannon using the AR card, but had trouble killing him before they killed me. When you use cures on yourself, they also heal your DE. So I tested it out and you can heal yourself without healing the DE. All you do is leave the area go to the menu, switch out the weakened DE, back out and heal yourself, then finally put the DE back in your party and now you can continue killing him with your health restored. --- PSN: Raging-Shadow15 3DS Friend Code: 4253-3510-2432
better way, switch the reserve DE (The one with the grey arrow) with the one you want to die, the reserved DE wont get healed, and you can do this in and out of battle --- FCs: Pkmn White:2022-2329-5072
* ranks are hard to make, even on risky wind days. You need a lot of materials to do it. A lot more that you would be able to reasonably do while AR Farming.
You can also Just jump in the air around your Spirit or find a platform just above a corner. Healing doesn't need to be done if you handle it right. --- http://i46.tinypic.com/28lvyvc.jpg Bum, bum, buh-da-dum, Ba-dah-dah-dada Iroh man. 3DS Friend Code: 0903-3152-6750
As for the Ryu Dragon I'm not 100 percent sure but you need 4 or 5x the amount of ingredients to make it * ranked. You need 2 brilliant fantasy and 3 lofty fantasies to make a weak one. Also creating one on a risky winds day will give it a extra 1 up in its class. I'm butchering them on the bridge in the Tron world. I dash towards the center and then hop around my DE and hide behind it until it starts getting hurt. --- PSN: Raging-Shadow15 3DS Friend Code: 4253-3510-2432
I'd note that you can also create a Ryu Dragon by using the Pegaslick recipe that requires 4 lofty fantasy and one brilliant fantasy, though it's not guaranteed that you'll end up with a Ryu Dragon (But very likely during Risky Winds).
i need help finding a place to kill my spirits...i have the ar card for the black meowow, i don't remember what it's called, but it seems that those things are natural cowards, who move to the other damn side of the map once enemies appear. where's the best place to trap, kill, and farm your own spirits? i don't know where that "bridge-in-tron" is located...
