Is it really a fact though if in the very games they are stated in there are things the contradict it?

Like how could Axel who was an empty shell be able to feel emotion or talk to Roxas when his body faded back to darkness. The answer was that Axel had a heart which let him feel emotion and Roxas and Axel's hearts met and talked with eachother.

Ansem didn't follow sora into sleep like at that moment, he simply marked Sora and that allowed Ansem to be able to follow Sora's path into the realm of sleep pretty much whenever he wanted to.

Also I don't think it's hard, as Joshua said Sora and Riku had been summoned their because Joshua dreamed them up. In other words Joshua had a dream to restore his friends and he needed people to see, listen, and connect with them for that to happen. Thus Riku and Sora ended up there in response to Joshua's dream, he also called them back there again later when Spellican was running amok.

Anyway I imagine either Joshua or Yougnort brought Beat and Shiki into Sora's dream, probably shortly after Sora fell asleep. I'm actually leaning to Youngnort doing that because Youngort had previous contact with those two, he had Shiki agree to bring him Riku and told Beat that Riku was behind Rhyme's disappearance.

And given as the TWEWY cast just magically disappeared I honestly and suddenly both Riku and Sora are standing there I honestly believe Joshua did that with his composer powers given that his omniscient.

Sora's heart isn't a prison for Vanitas, it's prison for Roxas, Xion, and Ventus. Vanitas was just inside Yougnort and Ventus's heart reacted to that and made Vanitas visible.

Also I'm pretty sure when they meant they are out of time like they literally mean they are out of time power, like there is no more time magic so their is nothing holding youngnort or the rest of them there. As in it's gone period like pouring water out of a glass eventually the glass runs out of water. No more time magic so someone has to give up their body again to get more time power. Which is why Ansem had to give up his body, it's the only way to refill/gain his time magic. In fact perhaps that's why Xemnas's has blades of nothingness, because they are the absence of the time blades he lost long ago.
Anyway Yougnort was the one who brought them all there and so when he had to go back everynort had to go back.

As for the keyholes of sleep, you're not locking them your UNLOCKING them. Except Traverse Town is special it's not a world trapped in sleep it was a world BORN in sleep thanks to Joshua, that's why it's still there. Also remember those keyholes are just generic keyhole look for the realm of sleep, Sora opened one in the real world in the mysterious tower to get into the realm of sleep at the end of the game. Basically what Spellican summoned was passage keyhole to another set of dreams, which is why in the next set of dreams we found Spellican.

Also Xehanort told Sora the grid was real because he was saying "hey guess what I an control whatever world you go to be it a real world or a dream and you can't do a damn thing about it, nor do you even realize it's happening."

As for why Sora found Riku it's because Sora had "dived" into his own dream. Basically he fell asleep, Xehanort pulled him into that dream, and then while still asleep Sora continued to dream within his dream which is how Riku physical ran into him. At the end Sora "dived" into that dream within the dream he was having, which is why Sora vanished in front Riku and fell from the sky lading in front of Xigbar.
The reason Riku managed to get out of Sora's dreams is because there was no more dream, Sora was stuck in a wakeless, dreamless dark sleep so Riku was free to go.

As for the portal thing Yensid explained that, dream connect other dreams. Joshua used his dreams to make traverse town, so Rhymes dream were used to make the portal.

Lea gets a keyblade to travel worlds with, since corridors of darkness in bulk aren't an option anymore.

As for Nobodies having (or being able to grow) hearts, keep in mind the fight between Sora and Demyx in KH2. Demyx told Sora outright, in no uncertain terms, that "we have hearts." Sora didn't believe him, of course, and the rest of the game set us up to believe that Demyx was just playing mind games in that scene. Or at least, the dub did.

But what if Demyx actually had figured something out, and Xemnas sent deliberately sent him to his death at Sora's hands to shut him up before he blew the lid off of Xehanort's plans? Xemnas could easily have spun it to the rest of the Organization as purging the heretic in their midst: nobody really liked Demyx anyway, so they wouldn't have bothered to question it.
