Jasmin699Posted 6/30/2012 11:20:43 PM | just curious since i read this was a remake |
eddystolemynamePosted 6/30/2012 11:47:50 PM | Really the only difference is that the ps3 version comes with the other two games. |
GaullerPosted 7/1/2012 7:30:51 PM (edited) | Actually, the PS3 version also comes with the "Metal Gear" games, as well as MGS2 & PW.
Though, I don't know all the visual differences.
But this version does let you move while crouched. --- GT: B O davis |
ContradictatorPosted 7/2/2012 6:17:01 PM | this game being in 3d felt far more than a gimmick to me. I don't think I would like to play the HD version now, due to feeling so immersed in the 3ds version.

The Sorrow walk and the boss fight were absolutley stunning in the third dimension. I realy hope they remake the whole series in 3d --- ".........." |
ChimzardPosted 7/4/2012 12:56:14 AM | Aside from the other MGS games, the PS3 version should be identical. Difference being quite obviously better graphics, superior frames per second, and you already have two control sticks. Strangely though, is that the PS3 version didn't come with the extras in the PS2 original or subsistence versions... If it's an option, I would suggest getting the PS2 Subsistence version. --- If only I could change my username... - GT: Ian10235 3DS FC: 4210-4251-1844 |
