EDumeyPosted 4/24/2012 11:19:10 AM | Get bestest stats from your leveled demons, use them in fusion, and then buy them back from your archive/compendium/whatevertheycalledit. Until you can really abuse elements and that such, it's the simplest and easiest way to ensure great stats on everything.

shampoowarriorPosted 5/2/2012 12:29:05 AM | Might not be the best way, but here's how I do it.
1. Buy the ingredients for whatever demon I want to fuse.
2. Figure out what skills I want on it (command skills not a big deal because lol magnetite)
3. Fuse elements out of demons who have the required skills.
4. Fuse those elements into the appropriate mitama, giving it the appropriate skills
5. Fuse those mitamas onto the ingredient demons until they can't get mitama stat boosts anymore, passing along skills
6. Fuse mitama'd ingredients into end result demon with properly maxed stat(s) and desired skills
