Do you find yourself running out of things to do in a particular day? I played about 2 hours today then had nothing to do in game for today. Is that normal? Sometimes I can play several hours a day and it mostly happens when I join a friends town and chill, have fun, etc. i see people on my friends list play all day every day its shocking.

Im not going to abuse the island (which I unlock tomorrow) because it seems you can farm for bells and buy everything you want.

You could clean up your town, socialize in game, hunt bugs, catch fish and anything else you can think of. This isn't the kind of game where you have to play all day but if you want to the options are there.

I did those things. :/ I wanted to keep playing more but there wasn't anything else to do. But I do have stuff tomorrow like the island, new house stuff, building new crap.

I can't play this kind of game for that extended period of time. I usually just play until one of the villagers tells me to take a break. It's nice that they are concerned about their human invaders.

I never run out of things to do. Just sitting down in my house with the fan and TV on is enough for me.

LOL, yesterday at work i napped with just that on in the background as ambient noise.

Really, if I found that I can't do anything, I either take a break, or I just go fishing or something for bells. The problem is waiting for the stores to upgrade for me.

do you ever sees others town in youtube?

I saw one before they create a path for walk or running, all the fruit trees are planted in a very systematic way..I have to start planning now too, every day for 1.5 hrs and I am quite busy in this game, of course I do the beetles too why not?

It is legitimate way to earn bells, what else can we do? sell fossils? flowers?
