Sometimes my villagers will say I look tired, or i'll boot up my game and come out of my house and yawn. Do you have to sleep or something? Does being tired affect you at all? --- Friend code: 4699-5979-0399

I think it's in response to how long your play session has been. So for instance if you save and close your 3DS and then open it up and keep playing without ever booting up the game again from the menu, I think your villagers will keep telling you to take a break.
I got them to stop saying it by save and quitting, and closing the game and then rebooting it.

It's one of the break reminders Nintendo's built into all of their 3DS games because of concerns over 3D and eye strain. --- 3DS friend code: 1977-0588-7595

actually, they've done this on all their consoles since the Wii, so it has nothing to do with the 3D. --- 3DS FC: 1633-4342-9490
But if it's just telling you to take a break, how come it happened when i booted up my game for the first time this morning? I came out of my house and yawned and there was a little sweatdrop. --- Friend code: 4699-5979-0399

Yeah but most Wii games don't have this reminder, I'm pretty sure. Only a few like say, Mario Galaxy 2.
While a whole lot of Nintendo's 3DS games do, for the 3D thing.
The "yawning" is just you being tired out by the heat in the long-sleeved clothes you're wearing. Just flavor animations. --- 3DS friend code: 1977-0588-7595
