How can you tell a painting is fake?

Like what clues does each painting gives?

I know the adam & eve related painting that I just bought had to be real. But what about other future paintings

If you know which painting it is, then it will have a minor error in it.

The only way outside of a guide is to study paintings and sculptures to find out if it's really real. Other than that your best bet is to look online for a guide to tell you what fake looks like.

Real paintings face left. Fake paintings face the right.

Real sculptures face right and fake sculptures face left.

I also think Redd's eye twinkles if it's fake, but not if it's real.

Unless I simply missed them, no, that page doesn't have any comparison pictures besides the 2 at the top.

It even references thonky as the original source for the info on what fakes look like.
