How good is Zack?

How good is he when compared to other fast characters, like Lei Fang?

I lol'd.

Anyway Zack is up there as one of, if not the fastest character in the game. The only person who I could think beat him speed-wise is Hayabusa or Alpha-152.

I can't answer that. Everyone has their own playstyle.

Zack is good if you know how to mix-up with him but you have to be careful because his basic combos especially those starting with a kick are very predictable.
