Paper Mario - Tornado Jump Boots
These spiffy sneaks increase Mario's jump power to 3! After his first jump, he spins in midair before delivering the second one! These are found deep in the Toad Town Sewers, accessible once Spike joins your party! Or Lakilester. Ideally, it's best to get them right before taking on Huff 'n' Puff.
(Bonus: Goombario mimics Mario's boot upgrades with his headbonk upgrades.
At Super Rank, he somersaults once between each headbonk.
At Ultra Rank, he spins in midair between each headbonk.)
Paper Mario - Spring Jump Boots
These tenacious treads increase Mario's jump power to 3! Mario can also unleash the powerful Spring Jump, dealing 6+6 damage in battle! These are found deep in Riverside Station, and they also allow Mario to cling to pipes high in the ceiling!

TTYD. Gotta love the spring jump!

I also have to go with TTYD. I enjoyed the spin (no pun intended) they put on the item, especially the move you can use in battle with it.

Ttyd tornado jump was cool but it was kinda tricky to pull of compared to spring jump

Me and polite have never been on close terms.
The Thousand-Year Door Ultra Boots, definitely.

Pretend this signature is a basilisk. You are now dead.
I will also throw my hat in for TTYD's Ultra Boots. Gotta love smashing your head into the ceiling, then floating back down gently like leaf.
The universe may be as great as they say. But it wouldn't be missed if it didn't exist.
The spring jump is a clever and unique ability, but the tornado jump just gives you a bit of height to your spin jump and lets you hit certain blocks.
