Tunic: Kokiri Tunic

Sheild: Mirror Shield
Tunic: Kokiri Tunic

I: Bottle (Typically Red)
X: Fairy Bow
Y: Deku Nuts
II: Bombs

After fiddling with my Inventory I'm surprised they didn't allow for 6 available items on hand. They could've used X, Y, and 4 Touch buttons. They aren't even that terribly uncomfortable to reach either....

It depends on where I am, but if I'm in the overworld it'll be something like this:

Sword - Biggoron
Shield - Hylian
Tunic - Green

I - Boots/Lens of Truth/Hammer (have this slot for an item I'd rarely use)
X - hookshot
Y - Bow
II - Bombs
