catnap - jamsch

it says 'learn by hitting foes with sonic balls'
so what are sonic balls?
i have been using jasmch for a while, now lvl 17, but the catnap skill is still 0/100 exp.
I have been using ice horn if that makes any dif, as i havent got any decent dual horns.

Sonic balls are the basic attack they dish out, the circular things.

not really orbish, but whatever.

Sonic balls=normal attack

don't charge it will be sonic fire balls

Catnap involves sleep status, so you'll want to equip a twinhorn.

Twinhorns can inflict Sleep/Poison, Regular horns usually don't.

It's still sonic balls

thou if you still have doubt try that on a bonedeth mission and spam normal fever attack if it doesn't gain xp then change weap

Only dual horns create "sonic balls" that will level up that skill. The steel door tactic works very well in this case.

I was having the same problem, only with Flame On. I'm gonna try switching back to regular horn.

flame on also requires twinhorns, but those attacks needs to be directed at structures (the steel door tactic won't work, sadly). You need to attack enemies' bases and strongholds you see in missions in order to level this up.
