There doesn't seem to be any options for controls, so you can't really choose to use a controller.
I can't even run, it say the right mouse button but it doesn't work. There is no option of setting buttons either. I do know shift works for running though. --- MBXfilms.com

Using ControlMK you can map the keyboard/mouse to a control pad. My cousin showed me this for a game that didn't have a control option. Now you can even use Paint with a control pad (which I just tried to make sure it worked). Its just basically turning you control pad in to the keyboard, but with much less buttons. You can even save your setups for different games. --- Time To Play The Game........Disk Read Error!

I just got this game in the morning and finished it already and I played it with an wired xbox 360 controller. But I had to use the mouse to do an action with something from inventory.
