to max out all of Geralt's skills? In all the skill trees that is (Alchemy, Magic, etc)

You will end up with a choice of roughly filling up one tree and a half of another. I went mostly with sword and supplemented it with magic.

In the vanilla version, sure. But don't forget that it's possible that they might expand the level cap because of the additional content. I'm hoping for at least another 5 levels, myself. --- "I gotta be really careful while shadowboxing though because if I do it enough eventually I'll just defeat the air and then everyone will suffocate."
