The reason PS3 ports often have... problems... is because the innards of the PS3 are vastly different than a PC or 360, meaning that there is a different skillet involved in PS3 converting/programming. This is why Oblivion on the PS3 had such problems with the expansions, to give one example. It's also why you can't lowere your weapons in Mass Effect 3, since they didn't want to make an "inferior" version so they dragged the 360 and PC versions down to the PS3's level of available general memory. When PC users are complaint about consoles dragging everything down, more often than not it is the PS3 rather than the stripped-down gaming PC that is the 360.
