actually MOST console games run at 30FPS....... --- q9300 @2.5ghz / 4 gigs DDR2 800 / 1.5tb HDD / 1 gig 5770@960/1475 / windows 7 ultimate 64 / currently residing in a generic case on a crappy motherboard
I generally don't care if a game has a 30 FPS cap but it is really noticeable in this game. I think it's more noticeable because you're able to move the camera around so fast, and I do that quite a bit. This game seriously gives me a headache after an hour or so.
no need for a mod to remove the cap, it was designed this way for a reason, besides, the game is designed to run optimum at 30fps, so there is no need to remove it, the only ones that moan about this minor thing are those that just want the highest fps or the game is crap.
