A 230 is going to choke, sputter, and die. Your video card is quite dated, and was not so impressive when it initially came out.
If you're running a desktop set up though, I have good news. There are tons of REALLY cost effective options that will see you a massive upgrade if your mobo can handle it. --- The core gamer is the bastard child of the casual and hardcore gamer. He invests the former's effort and cries when he doesn't get the latter's results.

I'm in the UK, you can try the demo on your pc with a very simple solution.
Just have steam installed and go to google and search for the demo, you'll find it very simply.
