So, where did everyone else hear about Ni No Kuni?

Gaming sites. Every once in a while some interview with Level 5 comes up and I just read up on those. Didn't actively track down every last article on the net though.

I heard about the DS game a long time ago. I don't know when or where, some game news site I assume. From there I kept my eye on it until they eventually announced the PS3 version.

Same for me, too. So, guess we've been waiting for it years at this point, can't wait for it to finally be released! : )

I don't know exactly but I check out enough places I always know about anything that comes west that interests me. I usually know enough about it far in advance of even when they officially announce a western release.

I was following this game for quite awhile the same way I will have been following Toki To Towa for quite awhile before it gets here.

Ironically for me it was from Gameinformer's ( GI recently give an average critical review) early preview and as I browsed my subscribed issue, I immediately was so stoke to see the beautiful Japanese animation monster art style that I have been familiar since that first time when I saw the purple like weird looking Totoro on my ancient vhs!

Gamestop. The employee thought it might interest me (he was right) so he showed me the video on his phone.

I was lucky and saw it pop up in a recommended list on Amazon after I bought another game. If it wasn't for that, I wouldn't even be talking about this right now.
