Ni no Kuni: Wrath of the White Witch

I don't think PC got any. I can't find their listing on ebay anymore. If they got any, it's going to be a small amount and those probably went to the ppl who paid $400. The one's who paid $130 probably got their money back.

Yea I know they sold 209 copies but who really knows if we got em. It wouldn't be fair if the people who ordered it later received it just because they were charged more money....

They stated right on their sale that the WE was being released January 23rd (really January 22nd but they listed 23rd because Digital River said after the 22nd) Then they stated they will ship them one week later.

The only reason they pulled their original listing was when the heat started picking up by Destructoid and other media outlets they were probably worried about Namco denying their orders because of bad PR when anyone could go there and see the "209 sold" number. Everyone assumed there was a 1 per customer limit.

There never was. The January 17th listing was a 1 per order. It was never 1 per person and the summer period there wasn't even a limit on the number per order.

So what they did was pull that listing and then just started listing them 1 and 2 at a time so people couldn't see the over 200 sold comment. They also pulled the statement off of there about them working directly with Namco after Namco made their official statement. This doesn't mean your order is cancelled or they only received 2 copies. They are just listing them 1 and 2 at a time now. Your previous order is still valid.

After Namco distanced themselves from Playcanada but stated that they bought them in the summer when there was no limit Playcanada actually had a listing go up at $500. If you read between the lines Namco basically said

"Yes they ordered a lot but they ordered them fairly and they have just as much right to them as anyone else who ordered in the summer period. This edition is now sold out and it is super rare."

I have emailed them once shortly after ordering and asking if they had them in their possession and they had answered me right away and said no not yet but they would be getting them.

After Namcos statement there is no reason to believe they won't be getting their orders. You should see something around Wednesday.
