From what i read your supposed to get in contact with them i didn't order a we so i'm not totally sure but i thought they said to contact customer support.

I re-read and it said in a few days they will message us... just was hopinh they would get on it ASAP.

NAMCO BANDAI Games America will be giving the affected fans a 400 page hard bound copy of the Ni no Kuni: Wrath of the White Witch strategy guide which includes an exclusive code to unlock a Gold Hurly Familiar in the game in addition to the original $20 clubNamco voucher. Our E-commerce provider will be contacting the affected customers in the coming days with instructions on how to obtain their copy of the Ni no Kuni: Wrath of the White Witch strategy guide.

I haven't heard anything about it either. I sent an email asking about it earlier today. I hope it doesn't turn out to be an ugly rumor.

someone in the official ni no kuni complaint facebook group said that they got an email back from the customer reps saying that it won't be shipping out until mid-to-late february... if true, it sucks even more.

i buckled to the pressure and bought the standard edition yesterday after finding out that my local gamestop had one last copy left. and so, basically, i won't even be able to use their "compensation" for anything but pretty reading material by the time it arrives... if it actually does.
