Play Platoon, there is a FAQ up for it already, but this strategy is way better.

It's the 20 strategy, and here's how it works (generally)

Step 1) Pair your wizards with any bishops, or your lowest numbered cards. Keep your bishops and kings solo if you have no wizards.

Step 2) Combine any 10s you have in 2's to make 20, or if not enough 10s use 9s and 8s to make 19 or 18, but try for 20 if at all possible.

Step 3) combine any 3 cards to make as close to 20 as possible.

Step 4) If you have leftover cards, use them to make a "spoiler" deck on the left.

Example...

K 10/10 10/9 4/5/6/7 3

Step 5) Pick your two card twenty deck to win.

Step 6) If opponent picks one of yours to win, try to avoid using it.

Step 7) Here's the secret to winning at Platoon. The opponent will have any Kings/Bishops/Wizards on the left side guaranteed! If she uses her 2nd card to fight you, and it is made up of number cards, then every card to the right of it will just be numbered cards! To start your turn, use your 2 card twenty deck against their farthest left 2 card deck, and it will be a guaranteed victory. If they have a 3, 4, or 5 card deck towards the right side, use your king or wizard/bishop combo to beat it. If the opponent ruined your plans by starting first and beating one of your twenty decks with a king or something, use the spoiler card to face one of their far left decks, which may be a bishop or king/wizard combo.

Using this strategy, I won the cap amount of chips in just under two hours. You will win between 500,000 and 1.5 million chips per game if you manage to have your pick win and hers lose most of the time.

Sorry if it's a bit confusing, but I'll answer any questions people have. I have tested this theory about a hundred times and it still holds up so good luck!

I've had kings and bishops both on the right side.....

We've been over this..... yes you can makes lots of chips for only 200.

But sometimes you are going to be dealt a crap hand, in which case you are most likely going to lose. Luck plays a role more than anything.

I am going to try this out though. Even though I have way more chips than I'll ever need. I hope it helps others.

My main problem is she always picks one of my strong cards as a win, and even I try and not use it she suicides one of her low cards against it 90% of the time. Pretty much kills any big jackpot I was going for.

I take offense to this thread >_>

I will most likely be able to brute-buy anything from the casino but this is interesting enough for me to want to try it.

lol, this is just the way I found the most success. I'm sure your way works as well, but I wanted to post my findings in case people want to try multiple ways.

I was going to put this as a FAQ, but once I started writing it I realized how hard it was and gave up, so if people do find it helpful and if it works for people other than myself, then feel free to use it in your FAQ if you want as an alternate way to win.

And in step 7, it's supposed to be your 2 card twenty deck against the farthest RIGHT two card deck, which will almost never have a king/bishop/wizard and will never be a 20. I've only seen a 19 once as well, so 19's should work too.

Ain't gonna lie, just tried this.

Works. Easiest 80k I made in the casino.

Wow, ok, after testing it, you're right! The computer always puts number cards on the right and face cards on the left. That's amazing, good catch. I did not know that... Otherwise your strategy is pretty identical to mine.

Mind if I update my faq to include this? You'll get credit, of course.

Go right ahead, glad I could help.
