I guess earrings and necklaces and stuff are the same as well. For the record, I wore a cape at work for an extended period of time (among other jackass things). It was red.

When I went to DragonCon last year I saw lots of adults dressed up as Finn. So I don't see what the difference is here.

I mean it's more weird to see a grown man to dress up as a female character such as sailor moon (and yes there were these big fat hairy men dressed up as the sailor scouts or sailor moon herself) then it is for them to dress up as a boy character. So I say go ahead.
