How is Mite bad?

#1TanyaGDPosted 2/1/2013 10:03:51 PM
he has decent attack, well not that high. But his defence is good and so is his Attack Speed. Why do people say he isnt such a good familiar? And how is Purrloiner better?

He got 3* attack speed yet his strength is inferior to some 4* like purloin (who also really isn't that good past the early portion of the game) all around is stats are very low too.

His stats start to plummit at like level 30-40 of the final form, and even when level 99, has the same stats as a lot of other familiars max level second form.

example

Dynamite level 99 is 218 attack and 166 defense (this is assuming level 50->54->99 as well)

Najalisk (tier 2) at level 60 has 200 attack and 139 defense

If you take that Naja to level 99 on it's final form, it has 350 attack and 270 defense

It's great for most of the game, but starts to suck fast past mid game

I kept mine and hes been my main even until late game, hes fast, does damage and has great defense (with a shield). His damage output isn't the highest but he is fairly versatile and with a bunch of upgrades (mines not even maxed or anything) has an attacking rating of over 300.

he's not bad per se, early on you'll need him and he will be your main guy. When you get to a certain part of the game where you catch the purrloiner and start training him, he will start to outshine mite before you very eyes! Then you will most likely not need mitey anymore, you'll catch others and start training digimon. In the mean time keep using mitey good attack, can defend, you'll find the moment when you won't exactly need him anymore

I can't get rid of him, I just can't. He is too cute. The moment I fed him a chocolate I fell in love with him. I think it's too late for me to get rid of him, I just got to Skull Island and don't feel like over-leveling. Enemies barely started to run at me again.

And you don't need to at all

keep a good shield and sword on it and spam the attack skills and it's a good boss killer still

people saying it's "bad" just mean comparatively, not "too bad to play with"

This. I've kept him in my team the whole time, and I still love him! I actually like his speed of movement and attacks as well. Also, swords offer a great variety of stat boosts, and shields are always great for their random chance to block attacks.

He's honestly my favorite familiar.

Reminds me of a mini superman.

These damn stat "min/maxers" give him a bad name.
He's a great familiar!

Well the problem is every single argument you can make for him can be made for many other familiar.

Ultimately you don't need to replace him, the game isn't hard wish it was, but if someone is asking the question it means somewhere he care about building a good team.
