Versus and FFX HD are delayed due to FFXIV: ARR according to SE's 2012 financial review... not because they are making FFXIII-3.
Not much difference there. You're just swapping out one crap game nobody wants for another. I honestly don't know why they're bothering with XIV. At this point, the game is going to have to be mind-bogglingly awesome for it to be worth the effort they're putting into it.
Se bear watching the substance in this game is what FF should have been this gen on consoles, I mean you did it on others why not on consoles.
Is the world map to hard to make on different consoles due to space. Or towns on multiple consoles.
The defenders are in full force in this topic, and then they complain why are NNK defenders on LR board, like I said its tit for tat, please go back to your own board.
People hate XIII because it deserves it its a mess of a game, since it suffers from the COD syndrome, maybe if it didn't suffer from the cod syndrome it might have done better, but then XIII-2 would not have come, unless it was planned from the start behind the scenes.
SE even said they are relying on tomb raider to sell or they wil lpost another loss for fiscal 2012.
No matter how much ios sales for them or handheld its not helping enough to stabilize them, they are bleeding money left and right.
Ryoma / Sora / Naruto / Luffy / Ginta Young heroes between the ages of 12-17 make RPG and other video games better then older heroes 18-21 and over.
I think FF13's story actually started out decently. It was obvious midway through the game that the protagonists are so disadvantaged it would be difficult to resolve the plot without some absurdly ridiculous deus ex machina twist. The writers just wrote themselves into a corner and couldn't find a way out of it.
I really dislike the leveling systems they made from FFX onwards. It looks complicated but doesn't let people customize their characters in an effective way. And I really dislike the move away from turn-based battle systems. NNK, too, would've been much better with a turn-based system or a real-time with pausing like Baldur's Gate.
