There's 8....I know there are a few i'm not thinking of off the top of my head so I keep my last two spots reserved ^_^
Suikoden II and Xenogears are pure gold. They came out right when FF was hitting it's highest peak, and IMO where leagues ahead in every way, shape and form. They sadly never got the recognition they deserve from the masses (outside of the older generation of PS1 RGP fanboys such as myself ^_^). WA1, BoFIII, and SOII also fall in this catagory. 3 great RPG's that, for whatever reason, didn't get the pub they deserve (until they were all re-made at later dates). Skies of Arcadia was great, but nobody noticed since it was on the dreamcast >_>. Lost Odyssey is quite possibly the best RPG IMO that has come out this generation. It's a shame it was never made on the PS3. |

Ni No Kuni Actually it is since have RPG elements like Str, Level, HP etc...And depending of what you equip it improve some stats or give new ability. It takes many things from Metroid, a sidescroller, but with RPG elements and that makes SOTN an action RPG. |
