Is there a limit to how many copies of a familiar you can have?

You're only limited by the capacity of your Familiar Retreat, and the number of slots you get for your party.

The Familiar Retreat has a capacity of 400.

Each character can hold 3.

Plus you get 3 reserve slots for your party.

Otherwise you can catch as many familiars as you want. Hell, you could catch 400 Tokos if you wanted to.
