Toko vs Tokotocold (Gold)

Hi guys
So I've just caught a golden Tokotocold on my second engagement with them (I'm not sure how lucky this is, Toko took me about 50-60 attempts).

I'm wondering if it's better to level a Toko from the start maxing it out and morphing it etc or is the golden Tokotocold a better option?

Woah I doubt anyone will know this. If it was a Toko vs Golden Toko then the answer would be pretty clear: golden toko has slightly better stats (as far as I know). But since it's a golden Tokotocold what you have there, his stats will be already gimped in the first place because you didn't max him out from his first evolution. So I don't know.
