How long did it take you to platinum?

Just curious. Finished it last week and have been trophy hunting since.

I was actually just going to ask this. I figure I should get one platinum before I retire my PS3 ; )

I beat the game at around 43 hours, and now I just need to get 100 more familiars...

I Platinumed the game at around 150 hours. I wasn't trying to be efficient, I was just playing, being a perfectionist and completionist, so my time is grossly inflated.

You must work fast...I'm 82 hours in and only have 40% of the trophies. I just got the two casino ones, but still have 11 left. The one I'm dreading is taming 250 familiars. Like an idiot, I didn't bother with Serenade until AFTER beating Shadar. I was just focused on the kill and the XP, and I was doing just fine with my original familiars anyway. I also thought that taming new familiars when you had no slots open was a waste and you would have to turn them loose. WRONG...I guess I skipped through that little bit of dialogue somewhere in the game.

^ I got to post game around the 60 hour mark and thats when I got most of the trophies. Had around 120 familiars captured by that time. I feel sorry for what you will have to go through :(

It doesn't ever tell you. You mean they do "warp to the PC"? I always made sure to have 3 open spaces at all times through the whole game. Well I'll be darned.

Actually, it does, I know becouse I passed this part of the game just a couple days ago and I remember clearly the game telling me that any extra familiars I got would automatically go to the familiar retreat, so I never worry about it and even get more than one of the same type if the opportunity arrives (I just got the alchemy cauldron and already have 29 in the retreat plus nine more I'm carrying).

Exactly. So go collect all the lovestruck familiars you can. Don't make my mistake and only be at 102 after finishing the game.
