I loved Captain Tsubasa and Area No Kishi series, and I would like to get this game too! Do you think we have any chance to get it?

Yes, there is a chance. How much of one depends on how Nintendo of America behaves from here on with regard to localizing other European releases like Pandora's Tower and Project Zero 2: Wii Edition.

No chance, because NA doesn't have IE1 and 2 or the anime.

Danball Senki, Level 5's new series, has recently been announced to be localized in the NA yet still no word about Inazuma Eleven getting one too. I really can't figure out why it hasn't yet :|

It's a shame since I watched the anime on channel 2 in my country. : /

I'd say pretty much just because America doesn't like soccer enough :\ Even though the series is becoming a LOT more fantasy than soccer. They'd have to put in moar effort to market it, oh noes.

Danball Senki as a series is super easier to market since it's already a niche genre in the US thanks to Gundam and other robot shows that have been a hit in the US at all (I'll even include medabots in this category)-- hobby mecha.
Now playing: Pokemon BW2, UtaPri Debut, Black Wolves Saga. And Inazuma as usual.~ LEVEL-5 ftw <3 ~

You mean The United States? because when it comes to the rest of the continent, I don't think so.
