how can i change the muscle of a pre-existing sims which are created before the late night expansion?

You can't, unless you have them work out to build up muscles or slack off to lose muscle. Pre-existing Sims aren't editable in CAS except for hair and makeup.

how about breast-sliders for females?

What about the body sculptor reward? Admittedly, it would be a Hell of an investment for D-cups.

You need to get the Twallan Master Controller mod to put the sims into CAS to mod their muscles and breasts.
Otherwise nothing in-game will do it, yet.

there's a mod for that?

what about appearance? Can I edit any sims like in CAS as if in dressers and mirrors?

Like DarkElven00 said, download Twallan's MasterController (google it, it's not hard to find) and there is an option within than, when clicking on a sim, to take them back to CAS and you edit anything about them you want to.

I got it myself because I just wanted to make my existing sims a little more realistic looking and it's really addictive to play with it.
