We can even see new Balzepho art portrait in the contest page. |
kmp_craznPosted 10/18/2010 3:00:04 PM | Ozma looks awesome. --- GT: Janus Senpre / PSN: Faticia |
goguesPosted 10/18/2010 3:18:08 PM | Nifty, though I already own the PS1 and PSP versions of FFT, so hopefully they will change up the prizes each round. |

I'm expecting some parodic entry... |
VenomousWestPosted 10/18/2010 7:22:00 PM | Can you win multiple contests seeing that they are gonna have 12 of them? Or we are ineligible for future ones should we win one of them? Just wondering. |
PulcineAuraPosted 10/18/2010 8:33:47 PM | Ozma looks more like a ***** than she did in the previous TO. I like it. |
Humble_NovicePosted 10/18/2010 9:24:09 PM | From the looks of it, they even changed some of the character profiles we’ve seen to make them more similar to the translation job done by Atlus. It’s possible that they might end up eschewing the medieval script in favor for a more conventional localization. --- Tactics Ogre is alive and well! Talk about it right here in this growing community full of aspiring gamers: http://s4.zetaboards.com/Tactics_Bastion/index/ |
SirRegulusPosted 10/18/2010 9:53:47 PM | Woah. Now that I look at it, things are inconsistent where they weren't before. Walstanian/Walister, Bacrum/Bakram, Gargastan/Galgastan... the older profiles (Denim through Ravness) now have the original Atlus translations, while the recent profiles still use the newer ones from prior to this update.
The grammar in the older profiles is pretty awkward and incorrect, so I assume this must be some sort of mistake. Somewhat unfortunately, because it would be nice if they respected at least some of the Atlus translations, for the sake of fans of the original (though I have a feeling there is a reason they're going with "Lanselot" rather than the more widely accepted "Lancelot"). Plus, "Barbatos" is more correct than "Balbatos," considering the abundant references to demonology in this game's character names.
Also, here's hoping that not all of Tartare's dialogue is like the quote on the site... |
Hours_LeftPosted 10/19/2010 1:28:12 AM | Man, I hope the original four profiles on the site right now are from an earlier rough draft. Rough being the key word.
The prizes are a bit disappointing, I was hoping for something cool like the tarot cards and/or the soundtrack.
