Magics that need items to use?

So Ninjitsu and Draconic magic need items to use and I was wondering if anyone has a list or know where to buy all the items from. Like what stores and when in the story I can get them.

I believe ninjutsu items can be bought in any store. They're consumables.
Necromancy and Draconic consumables can be bought at Deneb's shop and in PotD shops.
