I know it will be if you got the download card from the collectors edition. Can't say much for the regular edition.

If you bought the limited or normal edition, a download card for the DLC should be in there and you won't have to pay anything. For others, it's going to be 560 points.

If you already used the code, go to xbox.com and look at the alan wake game dowloadable content and you will be able to select the signal for free to be downloaded to your console.

xbox.com does work...just search for the game and it the dlc is there for free
