One of his earlier trials is

cLP cMP High Kick Alter Ego.


And, Alter Ego just refuses to come out. Is it a link? A cancel? I'm not sure why I'm having such a hard time with this one. :(

c lp to c mp must be a link. I am guessing you are doing the transition as a chain, because if you do a chain, you can not subsequently cancel into a special (non-EX) move. So press c mp at the very end of the c lp attack, and then quickly cancel into the alter ego.

Ugh i still cant get it idk if im not waiting out C.lp enough or if im not canceling C.mp fast enough
