It's that time of the week where we open up the mailbag and see what people want to know. Sometimes I just have to shake my head when I see some of the questions that people come up with, like this first one:

"Why isn't final fantasy 7 called for the nes? Also what about 6, because I looked it up on google and wikipedia says it is also known a iii, didn't click into the site tho, but that would probably make it ff10 so I looked it up here and didn't come up still for nes, are there any other final fantasy games not on gamefaqs and is there a reason why? Usually if there are two versions/different names of a game you guys would have them direct to the same thing so could you guys maybe do the same for the older ff series? I wasn't an rpg player, but always watched my bro play ff7 and ff8 when I was younger, and myself much later, and I didn't care for the old ones because they looked weird compared to ff7 and 8, but am like them now, and I only learned last year that there is a ff7 for nes that I saw a video on youtube of it." -thegamewinner

Um... yes?

Moving on...

"What was your favorite cereal growing up? What is it now?" -Rat Guy

When I was young, I almost always ate Cocoa Puffs or Cocoa Krispies. Nowadays I tend to eat much more healthy foods so most of the cereals I eat are of the Kashi variety.

Star Trek. Perfect cast with amazing acting and a great script. Really nothing I didn't like about this movie.

"Are you a Stargate fan? If yes, how long have you been into it? Are you a hardcore fan who saw the movie when it first aired and have loved it ever since? A more recent convert who just likes the awesome if cliche sci-fi action? If no, what don't you like about it? Is the story too cliche; is Richard Dean Anderson just too awesome; are Jaffa jokes just too confusing (Hey, I don't get them either.)? Either way you answer, what is your take on Stargate: Universe? A newer, spicier, tastier take on the Stargate series or does it feel too much like a clone of other popular series? I really hope you answer this. Thinking up decent questions is really hard. :(" -Hirumaru

Whew, here we go again!

If you would have asked me this a few months ago, I would have told you that no I wasn't a Stargate fan. This isn't because I saw it and didn't like it, I just never got around to watching any of them. Since then, my girlfriend (who is a huge SG fan) got me into the series. We're slowly watching through SG-1 right now (just started the 5th season yesterday). So I suppose that puts me in the "more recent convert" category. RDA is hilarious and Jaffa jokes are awesomely confusing. It's a great show that I really wish I had started watching sooner and I'm looking forward to finishing it up and checking out Atlantis.

As for SG:U, we've been watching it so far and it definitely doesn't have the same appeal that SG-1 has (to me at least, she likes it a lot). I haven't given up on it or anything, but it needs to pick up the pace soon because it's starting to get a bit boring.

That's it for this week. Next week there should be some interesting additions to GameFAQs to talk about and hopefully some questions that aren't insane like that first one up there. Enjoy the weekend!

Um, not to criticize science or anything, but wouldn't it be easier just to call it "the pink one"?
