Rainbow Six Vegas 2- Hamachi Problems
| Jbrack03 Posted 4/10/2008 7:55:22 AM | Hey guys, I'm trying to play this game with my buddy using Hamachi, but we can't seem to get our games to show up. I'm guessing that there either needs to be some special configuration, or needs a console command to connect. Has anybody been able to get this work on Hamachi? Any Hamachi guru's out there that have figured it all out or that might have some hints to what might need to be done? It's based on the unreal engine, so I'm guessing that maybe settings that worked on other unreal games might work. Any help from anybody would be greatly appreciated. Everybody on Hamachi is itching to play this game... |
| Jbrack03 Posted 4/10/2008 11:21:39 AM | Ok, I figured out the problem. You have to have Hamachi set up as your primary LAN connection. Here's how to do it.... Notes:2a.Open up the Control panel in the settings of you computer.Then open the network connections menu. Make sure that the windows firewall is deactivated for Hamachi. I've got some servers up, so come on in!!! |
