1200 points is ridiculous!!!

| wolfpackfan10 Posted 4/21/2009 5:50:13 PM | I can't believe how just about ever game that is released on XBLA is now 1200 pts. or higher. Look at the remake of Bionic Commando and how epic it was. It was only 800 pts. Remakes of old arcade games have always been either 400 or 800. I would have paid 800 pts. for this, just like I did Bionic Commando, Pac-Man Championship Edition, Galaga Legions and a host of other remakes. But this time Microsoft will not be getting my money. The standard pricing has been set the last couple of years. Microsoft is testing the public to see if they will pay more for these remakes and we have to put our foot down and say NO!!!! |

| Svenyip Posted 4/21/2009 8:01:16 PM | They've done this several times already, and are obviously getting comparable sales (as far as $ is concerned) at the higher price points - and when they don't, they can recover their losses later on with an 800 MSP "deal of the week." Microsoft knows how to play the Money Making Game, and knows that the Lowest Common Denominator of Gaming is stupid. The era of $20 arcade games and $10 'game expansion packs' (some left on the disk and accessed via download keys, others blatantly PULLED from the disk and then released later as 'brand new content') is upon us, and will never go away. --- Gameplay > Graphics. Melody > Chart Difficulty. |

How can I own myself when teamxbox review is the one's that said it was 1200 pts.? And all of the responses I got thought it was 1200 also before it was confirmed that it was 800 pts. |
