"Fo'get aboutit!"

This is another case of a game using a pro ball players name to sell copies of their game. They must have tried about five different quarterbacks before John Elway said yes. But if he knew that they was doing, he would have backed out of the deal. I know I would have. This is one of the worst football games ever to come out. This is also one of the dumbest names I have ever seen. John Elway's Quarterback. What, did they forget a word or something?

You start off by looking at a bland pictures of a field goal post, while a football is being thrown across the screen. You press start, hoping for something good, then you get to choose from fourteen football teams. But it don't matter who you choose, because the teams only wear one color. One team wears red, the other team wears blue. Boring, unoriginal, and so unlike the NFL.

Speaking of the players, their graphics are SO bad. Their feet rarely move for one thing. Also, they are pretty much stick figures, and have very little animation. When they go down to make a tackle, they don't dive, they fall down just like a domino. The only thing half way decent about them is the field. It looks like the regulation football field, but you see the players are about four yards tall.

The sounds are equally annoying. You will be hearing ''BEEP'' a whole lot, and I don't think they even tried to make it sound like something you could live with. You will also listen to horns a whole lot. About the same quality of the BEEP. Majorly annoying.

But once you get down to it, playing the game is boring, frustrating, and just plain tedious. The passing system is horrible. Instead of just pressing one button, you have to press the B button, point the direction you want to throw it and release. But you will have to press Up probably to pass it, and that will get you sacked. You will also tend to throw many incomplete's because of this.

Well, that is no problem, I can just do running plays. Not really. You can not run very far at all. You will always end up getting tackled about 1 yard from where you started. Which is very disappointing.

Okay, so can we depend on defense? Not a chance. The AI always makes these flaws in the game look so easy. But this does not mean that the AI will be a challenge. You can eave the game alone and let the AI play by themselves, and they will only score some 10 points.

This game never had a chance to be good. Since it has awful graphics, horrible spelling, and not to mention the game does not even have a challenge to it, makes this easily one of the worst football games to ever exist. Avoid at all costs.
