Play as Red Eye
First, the game must be completed with all 8 characters. Then, on the fighter select screen quickly press right , right , left, left, up, down, up, down , up, down , and then press start. If you did it correctly you'll hear Red Eye laugh. After the laugh just pick any character and Red Eye will replace them and become your character.
