Enter the following codes before the tipoff, at the "Tonight's Matchup" screen.

| Hold Up, the Turbo button, and the Steal button until the tipoff | Big Head Mode |
| Press the Turbo button 10 times | No Computer Assistance (Only works on version 3.0 machines) |
| Press either the Steal button or the Block button 8 times | Power-Up Defense |
| Hold the joystick in the Down position and hold each button until the tipoff | Power-Up Interceptions |
| Press either the Steal button or the Block button 21 times | Power-Up Offense |
| Hold the joystick in the Down position and hold each button on both sides of the machine | Secret Tank Game |
| Rotate the joystick AND press any button 21 times or press any combination of buttons 21 times | Show Shot Percentage |
