"One of the best fighting games ever made"

When the First MvC came out it nearly blew my mind. When I heard a sequel was coming out I nearly passed out on the floor. MvC2 is a superb fighting game that only the guys at Capcom can do right(And belive me they did everything right)

Gameplay 10/10
The gameplay is really topnotch. At first there are only 24 selectable characters from the start but the number grows to a whopping 56{In fact half the fun is mixing together the various characters from both the Marvel and Capcom worlds) There are some new features in here including the ability to chose your character assist but the biggest new aspect here is that every team is now made up of 3 people instead of 2. All in all what expect from Capcom.

Sound 9/10
The music here is all right. While I admit it is not as catchy as most other game music but it is pretty original for Capcom. The voices are a mixed bag. I do admit that a lot of characters sound like they should{Wolverine for example} others don't sound right{Is it just me but Gambit sounds like Krusty the Clown form The Simpsons}, but still the sound is also topnotch.

Control 9/10
The control is the same as it always has been since the very first Street Fighter, but still I had to suptract a point because you have to get used to the new assist buttons{What is really hard is that on some cabinets the assist buttons still have fierce and roundhouse on them which could confuse some players}however once you get used to the some what new control scheme then it will grow on you.

Replay 10/10
When you finish the game you have no choice but to beat the game again with a different 3 man team. When all the characters are unlocked then things will start to get even more frantic then they were before and just the number of fighters in this masterpiece would make someone use up there whole life savings on this game alone.

Final word
MvC2 blows the first one out of the water in all aspects. If you are not into the vs. games I'am not sure if this will change anything or not, but if you like 2D fighters or liked Capcom's previous attemps with Marvel comics then you will definitley like this great game. Oh and by the way Capcom if you happen to working on MvC3 then I just hope it will be just fantastic.
